Behind this scam, at least when it was called Tech Live Connect, was an American who is with the sect of the 'church' of scientology. All of his companies (all scams like this) were shut down by the feds in corporation with Indian counterparts, a bit over a year ago. Michael Brian Cotter himself was not charged though, probably because he pleaded no contest.
